1.4 Getting Support

Technical support is included with your service contract. Requests should be made by phone at 1-888-275-2242 or via email at support@proservehealth.com.

Support requests are logged, prioritized, and immediately issued to a technician who will work with you personally.

NOTE: A technician is notified immediately via pager when an error occurs in Planwatch. In these cases, you will be promptly contacted via email with an explaination of the issue and an estimated time for resolution.
