4.12 Member Age/Relationship Analysis
The Member Demographic Analysis includes three reports designed to show enrollment statistics as well as cost distribution across the covered population: Member Relationship Analysis provides a high level overview by employee, spouse, dependent and gender; the Member Age Group Analysis charts enrollment and cost by age band and gender; Member Age/Relationship Analysis combines the first two reports to show enrollment, costs across age groups and gender in each relationship category.
The Member Age/Relationship Detail report is simply a combination of the two other member demographic reports. Please see the documentation for each of these reports above for field definitions and usage.
**Note that clicking on specific age group drills down for further enrollment investigation. Please refer to the Drill Down section.
Helpful Hints:
Membership enrollment reports are useful in defining whether or not incentives for spousal coverage should be implemented.
Headers (Age Group, # Enrolled, Plan Paid, % Usage, Average Paid and PMPM) can be manipulated by clicking on the desired gender report header to create additional reporting outcomes.
