3.7 Regenerating Reports
It is sometimes necessary to regenerate or refresh existing reports. Some of the reasons a report may need regenerated are:
- The date range was adjusted.
- The report was run over a date range that included future data and that data is newly available.
- New features have been added to the product. Some changes are not automatically applied to existing reports.
- The underlying data was manually adjusted because it was incorrect.
In these cases, you will need to click the Edit Report Settings on the sidebar:
This will bring you to a screen similar to the report creation screen.
You will be able to adjust some report settings.
Upon Save, the report will regenerate with new accurate data.
The amount of time required to generate a report is dependent on the type of report, size of the group being analyzed, and the duration specified as the date range. In most cases, reports are available in under a minute.
