3.5 Exporting to Excel
All reports may be exported to Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, custom reporting, and offline storage. If you do not own a copy of Microsoft Office, you may obtain the Excel Viewer free of charge.
Reports may be exported on a section by section basis or as a single Excel file with multiple worksheets.
Exporting Individual Report Sections
To export only the section you are currently viewing, click the Excel icon
located at the top right of the report. Depending
on your browser settings, the Excel file may open immediately or you
may be asked to save the report to your local system.

Exporting Entire Reports
To export all report sections as a single Excel file with multiple worksheets use the Export to Excel link in the sidebar. As with individual pages, the Excel file may open immediately or you may be asked to save the report to your local system.
